In an age where self-image is everything and success
determines your value, how can you compete with the ‘perfection’ of celebrities
and live up to the unspoken expectations that surround you daily on social
media. Low-self esteem and poor self-image are issues which are prevalent in
our society, particularly amongst young women. When you look in the mirror,
what do you see? Maybe you have had your confidence knocked because of years of
rejection, or perhaps you never really liked ‘the skin you’re in.” This does
not go unnoticed by God.
I’m Rachel John and I am a Christian author and illustrator.
My work enables people to understand spiritual truths that relate to their
everyday lives. With a passion for creative writing and a background in art and
fashion, I employ my creative gifts to help build God’s Kingdom here on earth.
I believe that He wants to see lives changed and hearts healed by His transforming
